Shipping Rates

Cakes are made fresh to each order and ship via UPS in 2-3 business days of order processing. Shipping costs are determined by weight and size of the cakes and reflect totals for shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States only.  Insurance is included in the cost of shipping.

Normal delivery time is usually 4-7 business days from the time your order is placed.

We are not set up to ship outside of the United States, but are willing to do so if requested, so please contact us if interested (additional shipping fees will apply).

There will be an additional $25 surcharge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order has been shipped.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you may return it for a refund.

We only ask that you contact us to expedite this process and return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive the item back from you, we will issue a refund to your account for the purchase price, less any original and return shipping fees.  

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless we made a mistake or the product has been damaged during transit.

Please notify us immediately of any shipping damages, so we may contact the carrier and retrieve the package in the same condition in which it was received.
